At La Place, we offer free truck delivery in Quebec for mattresses, adjustable beds, and bedding*. Fees apply for the delivery of our Murphy beds and cabinet beds. However, these fees are deducted from the installation cost if the customer uses our professional installation service. Our delivery teams will always provide the white glove service you deserve. They will also offer the option to take your old mattress away for only $59, which will then be recycled**.
In addition, to enhance your experience, La Place offers the option to receive a text message the day before your delivery to inform you of the time window (if your purchase was made in-store). The Cigo app also allows you to track your delivery in real time. At La Place, we innovate for your satisfaction! Please note that upon request, we can also contact you by phone the day before your delivery.
La Place also offers a professional installation service for certain products that require it, for an additional fee, along with precise and detailed interactive installation manuals and guides, including audiovisual support (narration and 3D visuals).
